Warranty

Warranty period: Up to one year from the date of purchase. 

This warranty covers all manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, watch case, glass). Parts other than those mentioned above are not covered by this warranty. 
To make a claim for compensation under this warranty, please complete the contact form on the page called "Contact Us". You must provide your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the problem. 

If we do not find any problems described above, the product will be returned to the customer.

This warranty does not cover:

- Failure or damage as a result of inappropriate use or carelessness (thump, impact, crushing, broken glasses, etc.)
- Fault or damage as a result of unauthorized repair or modification
- Failure or damage caused by fire, water or natural disasters, such as earthquakes
- Aesthetic changes that occur during normal wear and aging (small scratches etc. on the watch case and / or glass, color change on the strap or peeling of the plating)
- Battery life. Battery replacement is charged even during the warranty period.

The case, dial, hands, crystal, strap or other parts of the watch can be replaced with equivalent parts if the original parts are not available.

This warranty covers free replacement in accordance with the terms of the warranty and within given limits. 
If the product is no longer available, the customer can choose a product of the same value as a replacement, no refund will be taken later than 14 days after purchase.
